Role Overview – Balmedie, Aberdeen
We’re recruiting Support Workers to join our Balmedie bungalow, offering whole-home, ground-floor support with:
- Resident privacy & independence – Each person has their own flat, with a dedicated overnight workroom for overnights
- Stable, active lifestyles – Our residents thrive with consistency, routine, and personal connections
- Leisure passions: Regular music therapy, sensory exploration, swimming, ice skating, picnic outings, and rollerblading
- Physical wellness: Trampolining, walking, social walking groups
- Learning & fun: Creative and skill-led activities like reflexology and recycling projects
- Structured, around-the-clock care – 1:1 overnight shifts (10 am – 10 am following day) and day shifts (10:30 am – 2:30 pm, 2:1 support)
