The Role
Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you’ll be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in their daily lives. Every person we support has unique needs, so the assistance you provide will be fully personalised, focusing on improving their quality of life.
Our Shifts
- 8am – 9pm
- 9pm – 8am (sleepovers)
- 11am – 3pm (Sunday to Friday for 2:1 support)
Shift Requirement
- Must work days and sleepovers
- Availability for different shifts (including weekends) preferred
Contract & Driving
- Bank contract
- UK driving license required

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support four individuals in their own homes, helping with:
The individuals we support enjoy: Gaming, cycling, swimming, bowling, and family time.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Home & daily living support
- Medication & personal care assistance
- Promoting independence & making choices
- Helping with appointments & financial matters
