We’re looking for confident, experienced male Support Workers to join our Bank team at our Supported Living Service for adults with Learning Disabilities in Runcorn, WA7

About The Role
We’re looking for confident, experienced male Support Workers to join our Bank team supporting a sociable and independent gentleman who loves walks, bowling, and a good chat over tea!
What You’ll Need
- Experience with challenging behaviour
- MAPA & first aid training (or willingness to learn)
- Patience, positivity, and confidence to handle tricky moments calmly

The gentleman we support prefers male support workers who interact with him and help him to achieve goals
