We need Passionate, Reliable, Experienced Bank Support Worker located in Winchester (SO22) £13.12 per hour, make a real difference while doing what you enjoy. You’ll spend your full shift with the same person, building genuine connections and delivering truly person‑centred support.
Once on shift, you’ll be based in one location, giving you the chance to focus on what matters most — supporting people to live their best lives.

We need Passionate, Reliable, Experienced Bank Support Workers
who are located in Winchester (SO22) £13.12 per hour
You will be supporting us with an array of support needs from, Challenging Behavior/ Autism/Mental Health/Learning Disabilities, and or a Physical Disability to ensure that we are safe, well supported, and living our best life possible.
Our homes comprise of two semi detached houses, one which homes people that we support with Prader- Willi Syndrome. So it will be important to ensure that the dietary need are meet and support plans are strictly followed.

The role involves supporting people to achieve their aspirational goals and to become more independent and make their own choices each day.

We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience.
