What You’ll Do
- Deliver person-centred support with dignity and respect
- Encourage independence and promote wellbeing
- Support individuals with:
- Appointments
- Hobbies
- Community outings
- Maintain accurate records and follow personalised care plans

Shift Patterns
Full-time role: 37.5 hours per week, with shifts including:
- 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Flexibility is key to meeting everyone’s unique needs.
