Job Description

Support Worker | Lifeways Group

Location: Blyth

Full Time | 37.5 Hours per Week

Shift Pattern: Rota Including Weekends

What You'll Be Doing

As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals to live as independently as possible by:

  • Providing high-quality, person-centred support
  • Encouraging independence and active participation in community life
  • Supporting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
  • Assisting with personal care when required, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Helping individuals enjoy activities and hobbies such as swimming, shopping, cinema trips, museum visits, and social outings
  • Building positive relationships and promoting confidence, wellbeing, and choice
