Support Worker | Lifeways Group
Location: Blyth
Full Time | 37.5 Hours per Week
Shift Pattern: Rota Including Weekends

What You'll Be Doing
As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals to live as independently as possible by:
- Providing high-quality, person-centred support
- Encouraging independence and active participation in community life
- Supporting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
- Assisting with personal care when required, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Helping individuals enjoy activities and hobbies such as swimming, shopping, cinema trips, museum visits, and social outings
- Building positive relationships and promoting confidence, wellbeing, and choice
