Support Worker - Byron Lodge (M9)
Job Role: Support Worker
Location: Blackley, Manchester (M9) Salary: £13.45 - £14.05* per hour Hours: 36 per week Shifts: 8:30–21:00 daily, plus two weekends/month Requirements:
- Must hold a UK driving licence
- Must be 18+ (due to working with vulnerable individuals)

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day routines of the people we support.
- Encourage independence while helping them achieve a fulfilling life.
- Develop personal skills through hobbies and interests.
- Support healthcare needs (e.g., appointments, medication administration).
- Teach life skills like budgeting, paying bills, and shopping.
- Provide personal care and emotional support as needed.
- Assistance with domestic tasks (cleaning, cooking).
- Offer physical and emotional guidance and encouragement.
