About the Role

We’re seeking calm, patient, hardworking individuals with a friendly disposition to join our care team. You’ll be responsible for providing high-standard care to residents, ensuring they feel supported 24/7.
While previous experience is preferred, it’s not essential. What matters most is the ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard in a positive behavioural support setting. The willingness to learn, adapt, and grow into a skilled practitioner is key.
You must be capable of:
- Working within a positive behaviour support framework
- Accepting responsibility and handling stress
- Following agreed guidelines
- Contributing to a mutually supportive team ethos
If you bring maturity, adaptability, and patience, you’re a strong fit for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care with a focus on ensuring residents feel happy, healthy, and empowered to achieve their goals.
- Attend person-centred planning meetings, helping to set and pursue meaningful, inspirational goals for those you support.
- Work collaboratively with residents, their families, and the support team to deliver tailored care.
- Offer 24/7 care through flexible shifts, including:
- Day shifts
- Night shifts
- Sleep-in shifts
- Waking watches
- Ensure adherence to agreed care guidelines and contribute positively to a consistent team dynamic.

Requirements
Preferred But Not Essential
- Previous care experience or relevant qualifications.
- Understanding of behavioural support frameworks.
Must-Have Qualities
- Empathy – A natural ability to understand and support others’ well-being.
- Reliability – Commitment to fulfilling both regular and on-call duties.
- Adaptability – Flexibility to work across various shifts and environments.
- Professionalism – Maintain composure, follow directives, and represent the agency positively.
Training provided: All successful candidates will receive comprehensive training, including online e-learning, through our training academy.
