Are you ready to make a real difference in someone’s life?
We’re looking for caring and reliable Support Workers to join a small, dedicated team supporting a young adult with complex needs in their own home. You’ll be providing 1:1 support to help them live safely, happily, and with as much independence as possible, both at home and out in the community. We have both day and waking night shifts available.
About The Person You’ll Be Supporting
They are a friendly and sociable person who enjoys being around familiar people, sensory activities, going for walks, spending time outdoors, and exploring the local area. They thrive on routine and feel safest when supported by people who understand them well. Communication is non-verbal, using body language and sounds, so being observant and taking the time to get to know them is essential. They are happiest when life is predictable and when their support team work together to keep them safe, comfortable, and engaged.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
