About the Role
You’ll work closely with the Service Leader and the Support Worker team, assisting adults aged 18 and above who have:
- Mental health difficulties
- Emotional support needs
- Independence-enhancing support
- Complex care needs
- Challenging behaviours
Our care approach is person-centred and tailored to individual preferences, including:

Our Support Needs & Challenges
We work with adults who:
- Have emotional support needs
- May require assistance with mobility and independence
- Need a mix of personal, social and practical support
- Fully enjoy engaging with activities and companionship
Shift Types & Requirements
- Shift Pattern: 8am - 8pm days, 8pm - 8am waking nights
- Required: Both day and waking night shifts
- Contract: 1x 36-hour contract – full-time perm
- Driving License Required? No

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll provide person-centred support to help adults live the way they want to live. Daily tasks include:
- Supporting with personal care (if required)
- Assisting with accessing the community
- Medication administration (if required)
- Home management (cooking, cleaning, shopping, budgeting)
- Supporting daily preferred activities (younging and willing to explore new things!)
