About The Role
As a Support Worker, your role will focus on building strong, trusting relationships and promoting the wellbeing of the young person in our care. You will:
- Provide emotional and practical support in line with the young person’s individual care plan
- Help maintain structure, safety, and routine throughout the day and night
- Support with education, social skills, and life development
- Contribute to daily handovers, key documentation, and safeguarding practices
- Role model healthy communication, behaviour, and problem-solving
- Work collaboratively with a small, consistent team to deliver outstanding care

Our new Cannock home is designed to support young people with emotional and behavioural needs in a nurturing, consistent, and therapeutic environment. As a member of our founding team, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the day-to-day structure and culture of the home from the very beginning.
