About The Role

As a Support Worker, your role will focus on building strong, trusting relationships and promoting the wellbeing of the young person in our care. You will:

  • Provide emotional and practical support in line with the young person’s individual care plan
  • Help maintain structure, safety, and routine throughout the day and night
  • Support with education, social skills, and life development
  • Contribute to daily handovers, key documentation, and safeguarding practices
  • Role model healthy communication, behaviour, and problem-solving
  • Work collaboratively with a small, consistent team to deliver outstanding care
