Residential Support Worker at Aspris Care – Children’s Home Cleveleys

About the Role

As a Residential Support Worker at our Children’s Home Cleveleys, you’ll provide emotional support to our young people, many of whom may display disruptive behaviors, emotional, or social difficulties. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily activities, including helping young people get dressed, washed, and prepared for school
  • Arrange and accompany outdoor days out (e.g., theme parks, bowling alleys, cinemas, zoos)
  • Actively safeguard and promote the welfare of the children
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and hygiene within the home
  • Support the Registered Home Manager in fostering a warm, nurturing environment aligned with Aspris’ core values
