This is a Full-time position, with shifts typically between 8:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday.

Shift Details

This is a full-time role with 37.5 contracted hours per week, with shifts available between 8:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday.

Rotational shifts: Days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins

Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the people we support.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be supporting adults who live independently in their own modern apartments at Centaur Court, a purpose-built supported living service in Colne, Lancashire.

At Centaur Court, Lifeways Supports People With

  • Learning disabilities
  • Autism
  • Physical disabilities and acquired brain injuries
  • Mental health needs

About The Service

Centaur Court offers:

  • Thirteen modern one-bedroom apartments, each with an open-plan kitchen/living room and a bathroom with a bath
  • An accessible garden with BBQ for everyone to enjoy
  • A vibrant community atmosphere — people have their own space but benefit from the support of a dedicated team and neighbours around them
