Role Overview We are looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team and provide specialist care to individuals with complex needs. This role involves supporting clients with a range of conditions which may include neurological disorders, spinal injuries, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, or other complex health conditions. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support by promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities Deliver person-centred care tailored to individual support plans Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, and hygiene Support with medication administration (where trained) Assist with mobility and safe moving & handling procedures Support clients with daily living tasks including meal preparation and household tasks Provide emotional support and companionship Monitor and record health conditions and report any concerns Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and the wider care team Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and infection control procedures at all times Requirements Previous experience in care or supporting individuals with complex needs is desirable Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine passion for care Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to undertake specialist training where required Right to work in the UK What We Offer Competitive pay rates Flexible working patterns Ongoing training and professional development Opportunities for career progression Supportive management and team environment Rewarding work making a real difference in people's lives
