Support Worker Vacancy – Complex Mental Health Service (Macclesfield)
SIS is looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our brand-new complex service in Macclesfield. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a multi-disciplinary team supporting individuals with complex mental health needs in a bespoke, high-quality care environment.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Support individuals with complex and enhanced mental health needs
- Proactively manage challenging behaviours, including those linked to forensic backgrounds
- Promote independence using a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach
- Help individuals develop essential life skills in a safe, supportive environment

This specialist service supports individuals transitioning from:

Requirements
- Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (or willingness to achieve)
- Experience supporting individuals with:
- Complex mental health needs
- Challenging behaviours
- A genuine passion for making a positive difference
- A self-motivated, empathetic, and adaptable mindset
- Creativity and initiative to facilitate positive behavioural outcomes
