Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, your responsibilities include:
- Providing Essential Support – Assist individuals in living independently within our Supported Living service of self-contained flats.
- The service includes assistive technology to promote autonomy.

Encouraging Engagement – Help those in our care to explore meaningful opportunities and enjoy fulfilling experiences.

Community Involvement – Support participants during leisure, social activities, and special occasions.

Communication Support – Communicate effectively, tailoring approaches to individual needs and aiding their connection with others.
Shifts: Rotational, 37.5 hours per week.
