Day Support Worker (Maternity Cover)
Location: Healthy House, Halifax, West Yorkshire
Hourly Rate: £13.45 per hour (overtime £14.95 per hour) Hours: Full-time (38.5 hours per week) Shift Pattern:
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
About the Role
Active Pathways Ltd is recruiting for a compassionate Day Support Worker to join their team at Healthy House, Halifax, for fixed-term maternity cover (9–12 months). This role offers an exceptional opportunity to support individuals in living as independently as possible through person-centred care and rehabilitation.

Who We’re Looking For
Requirements:
- Knowledge of:
- Mental health diagnoses
- Learning disabilities
- Autism
- Commitment to person-centred care and independence.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Desired Experience:
- Supporting activities of daily living, social leisure, and occupational therapy.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in Safeguarding, Health & Safety, and Mental Capacity protocols.
