The Role: Support Worker (Angus CLP, Montrose focus - serving Forfar, Arbroath & Letham)
You’ll provide day support to vulnerable adults across Angus, helping them live as independently as possible while enjoying their interests, hobbies, and the wider community.
Rather than focusing on deficits, we concentrate on what someone can do – and helping them achieve it. Whether it’s:
- Venturing into town or enjoying the pub
- Exploring online or playing games
- Socialising with friends
- Participating in fun activities like Music & Movement (Sparkles Disco)
You’ll support individuals with:
- Home maintenance (cooking, cleaning, basic repair assistance)
- Medication management
- Social support & goal attainment
- Finance and budgeting

Key working hours: Monday to Sunday, covering a variety of shifts with flexibility required.

Skills & Personal Qualities We Value
