About the Role
The Opportunity: Join us in Ellon as a Support Worker—helping adults aged 23–65 build independence to live in their own flats while achieving their personal goals.
Key Focus
- Assisting people in engaging in passion-driven activities: bowls, boccia, gardening, movies, swimming, cooking, baking, and socialising in the on-site private garden.
- Creating tailored care plans with respect for individuality.
- Building personal support relationships rooted in trust, fun, and reliability.
Core Responsibilities

Providing one-to-one support during entire shifts—whether day or sleepover.

Managing medication administration, daily home tasks, social activities, and personal budgets.

Encouraging autonomy while ensuring safety, comfort, and well-being.

Driving capability: Essential as tending to cover multiple services.

Participation in team support: 7-day-per-week availability, with shifts like: Early shifts: 8 AM–3 PM Sleepovers: 3 PM–9 AM (next day), 2.45 PM–3 PM (next day).

- Listen and tailor support to the unique rhythm of supported individuals.

Experience (Flexible!)
While prior care experience is valued, it’s not required. Emphasis lies on:

- Lived or learning experience in social care disciplines is a plus, but.
