A Day in Your Role
Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker team, your focus will be:
- Creating structured yet personalised lives for the four gentlemen you’ll support
- Fostering independence, connection, and choice for people with autism, learning disabilities, or Down syndrome
The Details
📍 Location: Rural 🔄 Shifts: (Choose one pattern):
- 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 2:30 PM – 9:30 PM
- 9:30 PM – 7:00 AM (night) ⚠️ Requirements:
- Full driving license mandatory (due to rural location)
- Reliable access to a vehicle—your transport commitment is essential
📅 Days: Mix of weekdays including some weekends ⏳ Hours: Permanent contract, 21–37.5 hrs/week

What We’re Looking For
We only ask for one quality: your hearts as passionate as your hands. Great to see experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or care professional. Or even a fresh perspective—ücken the importance of care for those who shape it!
Previous experience or specific disability-related knowledge isn’t required—we celebrate lived experience, compassion, and personality.
