- Type: Full-time (39 hours per week)
- Salary: £26,485.76 per annum (pro rata)
- Contract Type: Permanent, rota-based including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in duties

About the Role
We are seeking friendly Support Workers to join our Supported Living service in Gateacre/Belle Vale, Liverpool. This role involves supporting three individuals in a three-bedroom home. The position offers autonomy in assisting individuals to:
- Achieve their personal goals
- Exercise choices and preferences
- Lead purposeful, independent lives
As a Support Worker, you will work under the direction of the Service Manager. Responsibilities include:

This opportunity is remote-dependent, requiring flexibility for shifts that may span evenings, weekends, and sleep-in duties.
Desired and Essential Qualifications
- Certifications:
- An NVQ or Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable, though not mandatory.
- DBS: Enhanced Disclosure required—cost covered by Autism Initiatives.
- Attitudes:
- A genuine passion for providing personalised, person-centred care is essential.
During your trial period, we will provide comprehensive support, including:
