Our charity was founded in 1988 and we were one of the pioneers of the ‘Care in the Community’ agenda, enabling people to move out of long-stay institutions and live more fulfilling lives.

What You'll Be Doing

Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in their day to day lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible for each individual.

Our Shifts: 8am - 9pm | 9pm - 8am (sleepover) | 11am - 3pm (Sunday to Friday) for 2:1 support

Shift Requirement: Days and sleepovers - working different days each week and including some weekends

Contract: 16 - 42 hours per week - permanent

UK Driving License Required? Yes

You'll support 4 individuals in their own homes, with everyday tasks to ensure they're supported to be as independent as possible.
