Creative Support is seeking warm, reliable, and proactive Support Workers to join our friendly team in Manchester. We provide quality care and support for individuals with learning disabilities in a vibrant service where no two days are the same.
You will provide 1:1 support for an individual with autism and a learning disability in various activities, including employment, volunteering, community engagement, and daily living tasks at home. We are looking for someone with a great sense of humor who enjoys being part of an energetic team.
Your role will include:
- Encouraging engagement in exciting social activities both within and outside the home
- Developing warm, trusting relationships with service users and their families, ensuring they enjoy their time to the fullest
A clean and valid UK manual driving license is essential for this role.
