Are you a compassionate, motivated individual looking to make a real difference in the lives of others? We are looking to welcome caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to our friendly team in Fleetwood, Lancashire.

As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centered, outcome-focused support that enables residents to develop the skills, confidence and resilience they need to live as independently as possible. You will play a key role in empowering residents to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. You will support residents to develop the skills and confidence needed in order to make progress towards greater independence.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Supporting residents to improve their mental health and emotional wellbeing.
  • Helping people sustain their tenancies and reduce the risk of homelessness.
  • Encouraging the development of independent living skills, including budgeting, money management, and maintaining a safe home environment.
  • Supporting individuals to engage with landlords, accommodation providers.
  • Signposting residents to other services that can help meet their needs.
  • Supporting individuals with substance-misuse related issues where appropriate.
  • Assisting people to access opportunities such as education, employment, training, healthcare, and community opportunities.
