Are you looking to join a prestigious Health & Social Care agency? Have you got the experience needed to excel in the Health and Social Care environment? If you answered yes to these questions, then Carepath Recruitment wants you!

We are looking for calm, patient, hardworking individuals with a friendly disposition and keen to join our friendly care team. You will be expected to provide care at a high standard in order to help the residents and ensure that you are always there for them. Experience is preferred but not essential for this role, as the ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard in a positive behavioural support setting is the primary factor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will have the maturity to work within a positive behaviour support framework, accept responsibility, handle stress, and grow in confidence as a skilled practitioner.
  • Must be able to follow agreed guidelines and work positively within a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
