About the Role
At Heritage Healthcare (North Tyneside & South Northumberland), we deliver expert in-home care to help individuals remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.
This is a people-centred role where relationships matter. You’ll nurture trust, support dignity, and make a meaningful difference every day.
Your Responsibilities
- Companionship: Building trust and fostering meaningful connections with clients
- Personal care:
- Assisting with washing, dressing, and hygiene
- Ensuring dignity and respect at all times
- Medication management: Administering medication safely in line with care plans and training
- Daily support:
- Meal preparation
- Light domestic tasks to promote independence
- Mobility assistance: Helping clients remain active and navigate safely

What We’re Looking For
- A kind, caring, and reliable individual
- Someone who truly wants to make a positive impact
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Right to Work in the UK (must be verifiable)
No prior experience needed! We invest heavily in full training and ongoing support.
