Key Responsibilities
You’ll work closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker team to help adults with:
- Learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs
- Personal care, medication management, and daily living tasks
- Building and maintaining relationships with friends and family
- Accessing the local community and engaging in meaningful activities
- Encouraging independence and personal growth through a supportive partnership
Sample Daily Activities at Hale Lane
- Organising shared routines like pub meals or Saturday Takeaway nights, where people enjoy curated dishes at home
- Taking shared outings such as cinema visits, walks, or trips to local events
- Supporting ars, crafts, and leisure-based activities that align with their interests
- Assisting with access to social opportunities that enhances their quality of life
About the Role

- Workplace Type: Lifestyle support accommodation (our people live with their friendly support team)
- Hours:
- Day shift: 10:00 – 20:00, followed by an overnight sleep, then returning 07:00–10:00 the next day
- Contract: Permanent, full-time (40 hours)
- Salary: £13.12 per hour
- Drive Licence: Essential (for future provision)
