  • Adult services (e.g., learning disability support, homeless hostels)

Essential Traits & Skills:

  • A calm and compassionate approach to handling challenging behaviours
  • Proactive, reliable, and organised mindset
  • Ability to commit to minimum 20-hour weekly work
  • A driving licence (preferred—some postings are location-specific)
