The Role: Support Worker
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a crucial role in improving the lives of individuals through:

Person Specification
We’re seeking applicants with credible experience in social care, including roles such as:

- Children and young persons’ services (e.g., Support Worker, Teaching Assistant)
- Adult services (e.g., learning disability support, homeless hostels)
Essential Traits & Skills:
- A calm and compassionate approach to handling challenging behaviours
- Proactive, reliable, and organised mindset
- Ability to commit to minimum 20-hour weekly work
- A driving licence (preferred—some postings are location-specific)
