Support Worker - Flexible Hours
If you love working in care but want more balance and control over your working week, Peters Dean Care offers the flexibility you've been looking for.
We offer flexible Support Worker roles that allow you to do meaningful work you care about, while still working regular hours every week.
You'll work across children's homes, adult learning disability services, homeless hostels, and other complex-needs services, choosing the settings and shifts that suit you best.

The Role
As a Support Worker, you'll:
- Promote independence, confidence, and daily living skills
- Provide emotional reassurance and consistent support
- Respond positively to challenging behaviour
- Help maintain safe, supportive, and welcoming environments
Person Specification
We're looking for people with solid experience in social care, including:
- Children and young people's services (Support Worker, Teaching Assistant, etc.)
- Adult services such as learning disability support or homeless hostels

- A calm and compassionate approach to challenging behaviours
- A proactive, reliable, and organised mindset
- Availability to commit to regular weekly work (20+ hours minimum)
