Job Description
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Part Time - 24 hours per week
Shifts: 9am - 3pm - 4 x 6 hour shifts per week or 9am-9pm 2 x 12 hour shifts per week

About The Role
You’ll be supporting adults with:
- Learning disabilities
- Autism
- Physical disabilities
- Acquired brain injuries

Support is tailored to each person’s unique needs, helping them live more independently in their homes and communities.
In this role you will be supporting 3 people in their own homes, helping with shopping, meals out, cleaning, and meal prep. This role does not involve any personal care or manual handling. A driver is preferable but homes are close together and can walk between.
You’ll Support With
Your Responsibilities as a Support Worker
- Personal care and wellbeing
- Medication support
- Meal planning and preparation
- Household tasks
- Building confidence and independence
- Monitoring wellbeing and responding to individual needs
- Maintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with your team
Please note: The Days of work for this role are - Monday, Thursday, and Saturday - 9:30 am - 2:30pm
