Role Overview

As a Children's Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and young people, helping them build resilience and develop positive coping strategies. You will work closely with families, schools, social workers, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for service users. Requirements

  • At least 6 months experience working with children and young people in a support role
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles
  • Ability to work flexibly across different settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
