Support Worker - Full Time

Support Worker (Accommodation-Based)

Hours & Shift Pattern

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • 3-week rota covering Monday to Sunday, between 08:00–20:00 (including weekends and bank holidays)

Work Base

Office-based with travel to Leamington


About the Role

If you’re a compassionate, motivated individual who thrives on variety and impact, this Support Worker opportunity could be for you!

As a keyworker in our 24-hour accommodation-based service, you’ll work within P3 Charity to combat homelessness through personalised housing support. Your role will include:

  • Creating and delivering individualised support plans in partnership with residents
  • Building trusting relationships while ensuring dignity, respect and inclusivity
  • Promoting healthier lifestyles and helping individuals develop life skills for independence
  • Collaborating with multi-agency partners to achieve holistic, sustainable outcomes

Your compassionate approach will drive positive change—empowering residents to take control of their futures.
