Position: Female Support Worker
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: £26,853 per annum
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Join our collaborative team at Trinity Court 4, a residential care home supporting six adults with learning disabilities. We work together to create an inclusive environment where residents feel empowered to live more independently and confidently.
The Role
- Provide person-centred support and personal care with dignity and compassion
- Encourage daily living skills including budgeting, shopping, cooking and cleaning
- Draft personalised support plans and contribute to risk assessments
- Build trusting relationships that support residents to achieve their goals
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality care

Shift Pattern:
- Rotating shifts of 07:00-15:00 and 14:00-22:00
- 5 days out of 7 on a 4-week rolling rota
- Includes weekend working (Saturdays and Sundays)
About You
You are caring, reliable and able to communicate clearly with people with diverse needs. You value inclusion, work well both independently and in collaboration with others, and bring a respectful, person-centred approach to your work.
Experience in a similar role is required, and you must hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification.
A full UK Driving Licence and access to a car is essential.
