Job Overview
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Salary: £29,713 per annum
- Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Working Pattern: 5-week rolling rota, shifts including weekends & bank holidays (e.g., 7am–3pm, 8am–4pm, 1:30pm–9:30pm, 10am–6pm)
- Location: Greenwich Mental Health, Shrewsbury Lane, Greenwich

- Connecting them with employability coaches and support agencies
- Assisting with money management, benefits, and finding permanent housing

- Maintaining structured records and completing administrative tasks

About You
Essential Criteria
- Experience working with vulnerable people
- Knowledge of structured support and risk management
- Ability to work flexibly, often in non-standard hours, including lone working
- A caring, empathetic, and resilient team-player mindset
- Comfortable with diverse challenges, including safeguarding, mental health, and complex needs
- Lived experience (e.g., homelessness, addiction recovery) valued but not mandatory

Support Customers
- Co-create support plans with customers and stakeholders.
- Lead safeguarding reviews and assess risks after incidents.
- Empower customers toward independence through life skills, employment and health management.
- Liaise with external services (food banks, education, careers).
- Track progress via strengths-based digital records.

- Facilitate referrals and assess new customers.
