Support Worker – Domiciliary Care Location: Cambridgeshire Company: A Class Care Position: Guaranteed Contracted Hours Available Join Our Team at A CLASS Care At A Class Care, we are committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred support that empowers individuals to live independently in their own homes and remain active members of their communities. We are currently seeking a dedicated and caring Support Worker to join our growing team in Cambridgeshire. About the Role As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality domiciliary care and personalised support to individuals in their own homes and within the local community. Every person we support has unique needs, and your role will involve delivering flexible, bespoke care that reflects their goals, preferences, and aspirations. Your responsibilities will include: Providing person-centred support in clients' own homes. Assisting with personal care while promoting dignity and independence. Supporting medication management in line with care plans and policies. Encouraging and facilitating community access, social activities, and inclusion. Building positive relationships that enhance wellbeing and confidence. Supporting individuals with daily living activities and independent life skills. Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues and families where appropriate. About You We're looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional care. Essential requirements: Experience supporting people who are neurodivergent and/or have learning disabilities. A genuine commitment to delivering bespoke, person-centred care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and use initiative. A full UK driving licence. Access to your own vehicle, as travel between clients and supporting community activities is an essential part of the role. What We Offer Guaranteed contracted hours for the successful candidate.
