The Vacancy
We are looking to recruit a Support Worker (32hrs pw plus paid sleep in shifts) to be based in our 24/7 supported housing projects in Carmarthen, providing emotional & practical support (no personal care) for young men and women aged 16-24 with high level complex needs. The end goal is for the young people to move on into their own accommodation.
Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
Shifts will cover days, afternoons, evenings, weekends & sleep in shifts (additional payments made for sleep ins) on a 4 week rolling rota basis.

Ideally candidates will hold a full driving licence & have access to a vehicle and must be able to prove their right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship visas).
