Are you an established Support Worker looking for more than just another shift? If you feel you have hit a glass ceiling in general adult care or domiciliary services, this is your opportunity to specialise in Autism and Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Operating out of our dedicated adult centre in Cranleigh, you will transition from standard care delivery into a proactive, developmental role. You will work 1:1 and in small groups to implement person-centred learning programmes, foster independent life skills, and facilitate meaningful community and employment integration.

The Role:
- Plan and execute daily skill-building activities
- Support community-based social and leisure outings
- Track learner data and progress
- Confidently manage personal care needs
Your Background:
- Prior professional experience supporting vulnerable adults or young people
- Resilience, high emotional intelligence, and a calm, analytical approach to challenging behaviours are essential
Compliance:
- This post requires sound literacy/numeracy skills and is subject to an Enhanced DBS check
