About The Role
Support Worker – Rhos Cottage, Swansea
- Full Time | £13.45–£13.75 per hour (Dependent on Experience and Qualifications) | 39 hours per week + Sleep-ins

What You’ll Do As a Support Worker
- Support young people’s emotional and physical wellbeing, including personal care
- Be a positive role model and help young people build independence
- Join in activities like football, fishing, and outdoor adventures
- Drive young people to school, appointments, and activities
- Keep clear records and help maintain a welcoming home environment

What You’ll Need To Be a Support Worker
- A caring and resilient personality
- Great communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, and weekends
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
- The right to work in the UK with at least 12 months remaining on your visa (if applicable)
- An Enhanced DBS check – as this role involves regulated activity with children, an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check will be required. We will support you through this process.
No experience? No problem. If you have the passion to support young people, we’ll give you the training you need to succeed as a Support Worker.
