About Us
We are looking for calm, patient and hardworking individuals with a friendly disposition and are keen to join our friendly care team. You will be expected to provide care at a high standard in order to help the residents and ensure that you are always there for them. Experience is preferred but not essential for this role, as the ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard in a positive behavioural support setting is the primary factor.

- Provide care at a high standard to help the residents.
- Be there for the residents at all times.
- Work within a positive behaviour support framework.
- Accept responsibility, handle stress, and grow in confidence.
- Follow agreed guidelines and work within a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos.
Requirements
- Calm, patient, and hardworking nature.
- Friendly disposition.
- Ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard.
- Flexibility to cover a mixture of days, nights, sleep-in shifts, and waking watches.
- Willingness to work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
