Support Worker – Lowfield House Residential Home, Kirton in Lindsey

About the Role
Prime Life is looking for passionate and dedicated care professionals to join their friendly team as a Support Worker, either part-time or full-time. There are several positions available, and they are eager to arrange interviews with suitable candidates as soon as possible.
This role is based at Lowfield House Residential Home, Kirton in Lindsey. The home is specialised, equipped to cater to the diverse needs of 21 residents living with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health conditions. Support Workers must possess patience, empathy, and respect for each resident’s individual strengths and abilities.
Key Responsibilities
support workers will:
- Providing respectful and dignified support to residents
- Encouraging residents to achieve the highest possible quality of life tailored to their needs
- Offering companionship and emotional support, alongside practical assistance
- Collaborating in decisions regarding residents’ daily living arrangements
- Assisting with:
- Personal care (e.g., washing, dressing)
- Recreational and engaging activities
- Outdoor outings and community-based support
- Promoting resident independence in daily tasks, including meal preparation
- Contributing to individual care and development plans in partnership with other health professionals

Joining the team as a Support Worker provides:

- £12.96 (per hour for entry-level roles)

Requirements
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- A genuine passion for care work and a desire to make a positive impact on residents' lives
- Patient, empathetic, and respectful manner, understanding individual ability variations
- A willingness to provide high-quality, dignified care for those with:
- Mental health conditions
- Learning disabilities
- Physical disabilities
📌 Experience is not strictly required, as full training is provided. However, prior care-related experience (e.g., as a Care Assistant or Support Worker) is advantageous but not essential.
