About the Role
As a Support Worker, you'll support people who have varying levels of learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy and complex needs. You will promote independence and dignity, empowering people to live how they choose. No two days will be the same! One moment you could be supporting someone with daily activities they find challenging such as eating or dressing, another you could be helping them to access local community services such as shops, education, cafes and parks.
