About the Role We are delighted to invite applications for an enthusiastic Support Worker to join our passionate team, dedicated to enabling exceptional development and support for two young women we work with. As we evolve our holistic care team, we aim to transform lives by putting those we support at the very heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities you will be responsible for delivering care across all facets of someone’s life. Your duties include:
- Nurturing the emotional, spiritual, physical, medical and material wellbeing of individuals in their homes
- Promoting positive communication—collaborating with the team to support individuals with complex communication needs, learning disabilities, or behavioural concerns, improving their quality of life
- Helping individuals to achieve their hopes, goals and aspirations by enhancing their independence and inclusion in the community
- Ensuring high-quality, personalised care as outlined in their support plans

The schedule generally spans:
- Direct Support Shifts: 07:30–20:30 or 10:00–17:00 (no sleep-ins at this time)
- Weekend Working: 2 weekends on, 1 weekend off
Experience & Requirements
Essential
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a care-related role
- Level 2 Qualification in Care (Health & Social Care)
- Valid Driving licence (essential for this role)
- Please note: Only female applicants will be considered (this role fulfils a Genuine Occupational Qualification under the Equality Act 2010).
Ideal
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and supporting behaviours of concern
- Strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection
Competencies
- The ability to work well as part of a team while demonstrating strong independence
- A proactive attitude and a deep desire to make a daily difference in someone’s life
