Support Worker
Position: Support Worker
Location: Bushey, Watford
Salary: £13,425 per annum
Hours: Part-time (18.75 hours per week)
Are you passionate about empowering people to live independently? We seek a compassionate and reliable part-time (18.75 hours/week) Support Worker to join our friendly team at Stainton Court, a supported living service for individuals with learning disabilities.
Responsibilities
Your role includes:
- Providing respectful, person-centred care that promotes dignity and inclusion
- Supporting with:
- Administering medication
- Assisting with personal care
- Encouraging independence through:
- Cooking
- Cleaning
- Budgeting
- Collaborating on personalised support plans and risk assessments

About You
We require:
- Essential:
- Proven experience in care or support work
- Flexibility to work shifts (including weekends)
- Ability to communicate effectively, work independently and with a team
- A full UK driving licence with unlimited access to a vehicle
