About the Role
As a Support Worker in this dynamic role, your impact every day makes a truly life-changing difference for individuals under our care.

What We’re Looking For

Shift Patterns
Flexible but structured— rota includes:
- Day shifts
- Night shifts
- Weekend working
This role includes sleep-in provisions for evening/night duties.
Key Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, you’ll provide comprehensive, high-quality care designed for each individual’s unique needs:
- Support with daily living tasks (e.g., cooking, cleaning, shopping)
- Assist clients with finances, medication, and medical appointments
- Encourage social interaction and community participation
- Foster independence, personal achievement, and new skill development
- Build meaningful, trusting relationships with the individuals you care for
- Offer emotional support
