Key Responsibilities

  • Empower and Engage

    • Help the people we support to take part in meaningful activities and opportunities
    • Role in ensuring our residents lead fulfilling lives by planning experiences both as an individual and as part of our community group
  • Community & Social Involvement

    • Actively engage in the community, participating in leisure and social activities
    • Support and celebrate special occasions to make every moment unforgettable
  • Commercial Communication

    • Communicate appropriately, considering each person’s individual communication needs
    • Assist and empower them to communicate confidently with people on their terms

  • Shift Pattern: Rotational
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
