Support Worker Opportunities at Norwich Supported Living

Become part of a team that makes a difference!

We’re looking for Part-Time and Zero Hour Support Workers to join our Norwich Supported Living service. Our service provides support to customers with learning and physical disabilities within their own homes. Our customers have their own tenancies in which we support them with independent living skills and provide person-centred support for physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. If you're proactive, compassionate, and thrive in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you!

No experience? No problem! We’ll provide full training to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Support personal goals – Help individuals achieve independence and life goals.
  • Assist with daily living – Provide support with personal care, meals, and household tasks.
  • Encourage physical and emotional health – Promote well-being through tailored activities.
  • Encourage social connections – Build and maintain positive relationships within the community.
  • Ensure a safe, supportive environment – Provide consistent care through a flexible rota
