Night Support Worker – Learning Disabilities Service
Salary:
£12.75 - £12.95 per hour + Paid Training + Career Progression
Location:
Byfleet, KT14
Hours:
40 hours per week (Full Time)
Night Shifts:
9:30pm – 7:30am
Important:
During your first three months with Glenholme Specialist Healthcare, you will complete a comprehensive induction and training programme, working day shifts to gain the skills and experience needed to provide the highest standard of care. Once your induction has been successfully completed, you will move onto your permanent night shifts.

Previous experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant or Carer is welcomed but not essential. We also encourage applications from people with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service, warehouse, cleaning, administration or other people-focused roles.

About Manor Crescent
Located in Byfleet, Surrey, Manor Crescent consists of two thoughtfully designed four-bedroom supported living homes, providing high-quality care for adults with learning disabilities.
Situated close to local shops, restaurants and excellent transport links to Woking, Weybridge and Cobham, our service enables the people we support to build meaningful connections within their local community while promoting independence and choice.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Night Support Worker, you'll play an essential role in ensuring the safety, wellbeing and comfort of the people we support throughout the night.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing person-centred support
- Assisting with personal care where required
- Supporting individuals to develop independent living skills
- Administering and recording medication
- Completing regular welfare and safety checks
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Supporting individuals to access community activities and appointments where appropriate
- Building positive relationships and promoting independence

- Paid induction and ongoing training
- Salary increase to £12.85 per hour upon successful completion of our fully funded Care Certificate*
