Support Worker - Nights

Support Worker – Nights (Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health, Complex Needs)

Job Introduction

We are Eden Futures, delivering exceptional support services for people aged 18 and over with learning disabilities, autism, mental ill health, and associated complex needs.

We’re recruiting Support Workers – Nights to join our Supported Living services, helping individuals live as independently as possible in their own homes and within the community.

Main Responsibilities

Support service users to live a full and active life in line with their wishes, choices, and assessed needs:

  • Develop and implement individual support plans
  • Ensure safety, safeguarding, and emotional support
  • Assist with daily living tasks (finances, medication management, hygiene, healthcare)
  • Encourage community engagement (social activities, services)
  • Act as an informal contact for families, carers, and Social Workers
  • Accurately record incidents related to health and wellbeing
  • Comply with Health & Safety regulations
