About the Role
We’re seeking a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare and supporting those who need it most.
As a part-time full-time worker (42 hours per week), you’ll be working on *12-hour shifts, including alternate weekends (four shifts in the first week, three in the second)**. Work will be nights only, helping to transform the lives of residents at Norcott Lodge in the suburbs of Liversedge, West Yorkshire.
About Norcott Lodge
Norcott Lodge is a specialist residential care service providing person-centred, outcome-focused support for adults with:
- Learning disabilities
- Complex associated needs
- Behaviours that challenge

Responsibilities
Your day-to-day role will include:
- Offering enhanced, flexible care tailored to each person’s physical and emotional needs
- Providing support through guidance and encouragement to improve daily living
- Developing deep knowledge of individual needs to provide personalised, empathetic care
- Assist with and documenting medical and welfare needs
- Upholding safeguarding policies
- Maintaining a safe, clean environment in compliance with best practices
- Encouraging community integration through activities, work placements, hobbies, days out, and holidays
- Supporting skill development and independence via opportunities like cooking, cleaning, and other practical tasks

- Starting salary: £13.15 per hour, rising to £13.45 after three months (equivalent to £29,435.70 annual pay)
