We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare.
You’ll be working full time 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, including alternate weekends (four shifts week one, three shifts week two, on a two week rolling rota), nights only, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Supported Living in Huddersfield (Gledcliffe).
About the Role
Supported Living in Huddersfield (Gledcliffe) provides six tenancies, the service empowers individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours to live more independently. The service offers personalised and tailored support in a private space, allowing the people we support to hold their own tenancy with a registered housing association.

- Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support

About You
- Genuinely driven with a desire to make a real difference in people’s lives
- An excellent communicator and a good team player
- Sensitive and intuitive with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating & varied environment
- Able to empower & support service user independence
What We Offer
- Salary: £13.15 per hour, rising to £13.45 per hour after three months (£29,435.70 first year), rising to £13.70ph after 18 months
